  9. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT:

  11. Use of the Design2Graphics Screen Saver 
  12. (hereinafter "SOFTWARE") is contingent on your 
  13. agreement to the following terms:

  15. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE
  16. Design2Graphics (hereinafter D2G) grants you a limited, 
  17. non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE free of 
  18. charge if your use of the SOFTWARE is for 
  19. non-commercial purposes.

  21. If you do not meet the requirements for free use of 
  22. the SOFTWARE, you may use the SOFTWARE for up to 
  23. thirty (30) days for the purpose of evaluating 
  24. whether to purchase the registered version.

  26. 2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  27. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM
  28. EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, D2G FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
  29. INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
  30. FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.  THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT
  31. OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH
  32. RECIPIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
  33. D2G BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
  34. PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
  35. FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS
  36. INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE
  37. OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF D2G HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
  38. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  40. 3. SCOPE OF GRANT
  41. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble
  42. the SOFTWARE.  D2G shall retain title and all 
  43. ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.

  45. 4. COPYRIGHT
  46. This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and 
  47. international copyright treaties, as well as other 
  48. intellectual property laws and treaties.
  49.  
  50. 5. MAINTENANCE
  51. D2G is not obligated to provide maintenance or 
  52. updates for the SOFTWARE.
  53.  
  54. 6. DISTRIBUTION
  55. The SOFTWARE may be freely distributed provided
  56. that it is not modified and the original archive
  57. remains intact with all accompanying files, and 
  58. provided that no fee is charged (except for any 
  59. reasonable fees necessary to cover costs of 
  60. distribution media).  Should a fee be charged or 
  61. any of the distribution package need to be modified
  62. you must contact D2G for explicit written permission.

  66. This program, nor any contents, may be copied, 
  67. modified, or otherwise changed in any way or form
